About Incoterms (INCOTERMS) 2000 trade conditions

Incoterms is what it was established after 1936, but repeated revision, those that are enforced as the current latest version is "Incoterms 2000".

1. E group (shipping)

  • EXW (Ex Works) shipment ex-factory conditions <br /> seller has transferred the goods to the buyer at the seller's premises (factory), is any of the subsequent freight / insurance / risk will pay the buyer.
    Buyer is responsible for export clearance.

2. F group (the main shipping costs excl.)

  • FAS (Free Alongside Ship) hull passes conditions <br /> seller to bear the cost of up to wear the luggage next to the ship in the loading area of the harbor, and the subsequent cost and risk will be borne by the buyer. (Seller does not have to load up on the ship)
  • FOB (Free On Board) ship deck pass conditions <br /> seller to bear the cost of up to load the luggage on board in the loading area of the harbor, and the subsequent cost and risk will be borne by the buyer.
  • FCA (Free Carrier) Carrier pass conditions <br /> seller will bear all of the costs and risks of up to pass to the carrier the goods at the specified location (loading area of the container yard, etc.), and the subsequent fare , insurance premiums, the risk buyer will pay.

3. Group C (including key transport costs)

  • CFR (C & F Cost and Freight) cost and freight condition <br /> seller to bear the costs and ocean freight of up to load the luggage on board in the loading area of the harbor, it insurance premiums and risk of later will be borne by the buyer. (Until Incoterms revision of 1990 has been referred to as C & F, it may be even now referred to as the C & F)
  • CPT (Carriage Paid To) transport cost included conditions <br /> seller to bear the risk and freight up to the pass to the carrier the goods at the specified location (loading area of the container yard, etc.), and the subsequent cost of and risk the buyer will pay.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) freight and insurance charges included conditions <br /> seller, the cost of up to load the luggage on board in the loading area of the harbor, to bear the ocean freight and insurance premiums, the subsequent risk buyer but you will pay.
  • CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) transport cost included conditions <br /> seller to bear the risks and ocean freight of up to pass to the carrier the goods at the specified location (loading area of the container yard, etc.), the insurance premium , costs and risks of unloading from land buyer will pay.

4. Group D (arrival)

  • DES (Delivered Ex Ship) destination port wear FOB conditions <br /> seller will pay the cost of up to destination port, ocean freight, insurance premiums and risk. Ownership at the time you ship's arrival in the destination port is transferred to the buyer, (including the tariff) later cost the buyer will pay.
  • DEQ (Delivered Ex Quay) destination port wharf pass conditions <br /> seller will pay the cost of up to destination port, ocean freight, insurance premiums and risk.   • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivered duty paid conditions <br /> seller will bear the risk and all the cost to deliver the goods to the specified destination (including import duties).
